Cute and comfy
Wore this to an outdoor graduation for a school with red colors and it was perfect. It has a snap where you can make it not as low cut or you can fold over the edges where the snap is and let it be a little lower cut.

Fits great - top folds down
Dress was fun to wear and looked super cute on. I read in other reviews that the band at the top of the dress, just under the neck would flip down and they were correct. Had to constantly make sure it was up.
