Shorter ladies beware!
This dress has the potential to be lovely and I'm sure looks great on taller ladies. I am 5'4" and this dress looked like an unintended midi dress on me. It was not a good length for me and was not flattering on the bump. I ended up not wearing it at all.

Nice loose florals
This top is not a stark white as depicted, but the shirt is lovely either way. The sleeves have a bit of elastic at the end, so you can adjust where they sit on your arms to allow more or less billowing in the sleeves. I paired with high-waisted culottes, but it would also look great with a skirt!

These pants are everything.
Rent these now! I received SO many compliments on these pants. The cut and length is flattering, and the gold trim is so fun. The fabric is divine and very comfortable. I paired these with a loose floral top, which I think was a good match. I would rent the size recommended by RTR as the numbered sizing is a bit different than what I normally wear, but the recommended size fit perfectly.

This dress fits well and is an appropriate length for work (I'm 5'4"). The ruffles are a fun touch, while the houndstooth is a great fabric for a professional environment. I did not wear a shirt underneath the dress and still felt modest and appropriate for work.

Bright spring dress
The color of this dress is beautiful and great for spring. The arms fit a little tight, so if your arms are on the larger size, keep that in mind. There is also a slit/gap in the front folds that comes open when sitting. It wasn't a problem at my desk, but could be uncomfortable in more open seating (at least for work/professional events).

Compliments Galore!
This dress is a gorgeous green color, and the asymmetrical neckline is really flattering. I received so many compliments at work when I wore this dress. The fabric is thick, so you don't have any unflattering lines or bulges. The dress did seem to run a little small, so size up, but otherwise the fit is great and very flattering. A workwear winner.

Great spring/summer work dress.
This dress fits true to size and much like other J. Crew dresses. The color is beautiful, and the fabric is perfect for spring and summer. The sleeve detailing is very pretty and different than a traditional cap sleeve. It does wrinkle quite a bit, but that is the nature of the fabric. Overall, a solid dress for a work function.
