Sized up and it was too big
I usually wear a size 4. Based on recommendation I sized up to a 10 US. It was way too big. Maybe a 6 or 8 would've fit better. I didn't really like the color on me. Hard to judge due to large size. Didn't end up wearing.

I normally wear size 26, but these were so tight. I would need to size up a couple of sizes for them to fit me. I have a small waist and thicker thighs so maybe if you have really skinny legs they will fit true to size.
