I wore this to a wedding weekend kickoff party and got tons of compliments! I'm super short so the length wasn't as scandalous as others mentioned, but if I was much taller I'm not sure I would've felt comfortable wearing it. The hem was probably 4-5 inches above my knees (you can't tell in this picture). The fabric is really thick and the sleeves and bust are lined. I would say it runs slightly large, though I'm not sure if the 10 would have been too small. The main fit issue I had was the shoulders being too big (because everything is made for people 6" taller than me). The elastic at the shoulders helped some, but they kept slipping down and revealing the lining underneath. Also the bust was a little too low/wide for me, and even with a safety pin it was quite revealing. The back did gape a little bit at the top, but it didn't feel loose if that makes sense. Overall super fun and flattering, would wear again and order a size 10 as well!

Size 12 was just a hair too tight around the ribcage, and way too large in the bust for me. The cups were gaping and the straps aren't adjustable. Granted I'm only 5" tall so the shoulders and straps are always an issue. If it wasn't rented I'd have had to take the straps in by like 3 inches at least, as well as the bust. The fabric is semi sheer (fully lined) and much more beautiful in person than in the photos. however the color ended up being a little too pink for my skin tone. I was supposed to get the 14 as a backup but it was out so I can't say how that compares to the 12. If you're 5'4" and above this dress will probably fit you much better than it fit me.

Wore this to a good friend's black tie optional wedding and got so many compliments on the color! It is such a flattering cut, hid my tummy well and I didn't need to wear any shapewear or bra! The reviews are right, it does run a size large. I'm normally a 12 (for comparison I also tried a Badgley Mischka dress in 12 and it was waaaay too big in the bust and a hair too small around the ribcage) and I would have worn the 10 in this dress but it was out of stock. Luckily if you tie the bow tightly in the back it will tighten the bust enough to not look loose. I wore 5" platforms and it was still a little long so I had to carry the skirt around all night. The fabric is rather thick and it's lined so while it is sleeveless, I was not cold at all during an outdoor evening wedding. I would have given this dress 5 stars except for the fact that the fabric shows every. single. drop. of water spilled. If you spill food and try to get it out with water or club soda, it will only make it worse. The fabric is very absorbent so you can't brush anything off. Condensation from the outside of a beer bottle dripped on it first thing and left a a huge mark on the front :( Besides that, I loved the dress and would definitely rent again!
