Loved this dress. I was a little nervous about the tight waist and low neck but it was perfect! Would rent again - or buy! One of my favorites in a long time!

These were pretty and were enough jewelry by themselves to complete an outfit. You don't need a necklace with these... to paraphrase Coco Chanel. sometimes more is less with this kind of thing. They were a bit heavy after a night of dancing, and I had to take them out as soon as the wedding was over because my ears were killing me. They did, however, look great with the Nicole Miller Yuyuan Garden maxi that I rented them to where with, and I would rent them again for an event where they wouldn't be bouncing around all night long!

This dress was perfect for an outdoor summer wedding. Because it was long, it did get a little bit hot as the temperature rose, but it was worth it because I got tons of compliments on it all night long. A couple of notes: First, the boning in the corset area is great- kept the dress up all night long. Secondly, the regular length is SHORT. I had read in other reviews that it was long and had bought a pair of four inch wedges to wear with it. They were not needed - I wore regular flat sandals with it and it was fine, but my feet still showed in a few of the photos, which I was not crazy about. Also, the lining on my dress was slightly longer than the chiffon overlay, which also showed up in some pictures. It seems possible that the chiffon had at some point been ripped by another wearer and been hemmed to be shorter. Other than that, though, this was a great dress, and as always, RTR kept me looking stunning!

This dress was, in a word, stunning. I've rented many beautiful dresses from RTR, but this one took the cake- I got compliments all night, and my husband said I looked the best he'd ever seen me. I was a little bit worried about the trumpet-like skirt as I am definitely a pear-shaped girl, but this was elegant and not overwhelming. LOVED IT and highly recommend.

Lots of compliments, as always with RTR dresses! Love the gold thread running throughout the dress, and it fit really well. It was a great fit for someone with hips a size or two larger than my waist and bust. Definitely recommend for a winter wedding or other semi-formal event!

One thing I love about RTR is that it gives me the opportunity to wear dresses I would never be able to wear otherwise. This was that kind of dress. It is beautiful. The color is gorgeous, the line and drape of the skirt is just absolutely elegant, and yet it's something completely different than all the LBDs you see at formal events. Two (very minor) things to note: it was very long (even with 4 inch stilettos it was dragging on the floor), and the top gaped a bit. However, overall an utterly perfect choice to stand out- in a good way- at your next ball or gala!

I loved, loved, loved this dress. It is sexy in a va-va-voom, old Hollywood kind of way. I didn't end up wearing it because I thought the regular ran a little short- it wasn't nearly long enough to wear heels (in the photos I am barefoot)- but I would definitely order this dress again in a long and actually wear it the event.

I rented this to wear with a dress that had no back. It sticks really well, better than the Nu-Bra that I also have, BUT it doesn't provide a lot of cleavage or lift, which is really what I am usually going for in that kind of dress.

This was my first time renting from Rent the Runway, and overall I was really pleased with the experience. I decided to rent the dress last minute, and was very happy with the speed of service, how the dress arrived, and the little extras that came with the package. The dress itself was stunning and received many compliments- I felt like I belonged at the Academy Awards! This is the kind of dress that really makes you feel like something special. My one word of caution is this: even though I was completely in love with this gown, I will in the future probably try to avoid ordering "most popular" styles because when I arrived at the very exclusive charity event I was attending, another girl about my age (mid to late 20s) had ordered the same gown from the same place! (Actually, she was the one who told me about RTR- so not a great moment for either of us!) Although this wasn't a huge deal, it was just a little embarrassing given the nature of the event. Overall I was still very happy with the experience though, and will be renting from Rent-the-Runway again!
