Beautiful dress
This dress is beautiful--I got compliments all night and found the fit to be flattering. It's scratchy (because of the sequins) but not distractingly so. If you aren't comfortable showing some cleavage, this probably isn't the dress for you. I'm 5 feet tall and wore this with 3-inch heels.

Just ok!
LOVED this dress in the pictures, but in person it's just ok. Everyone else here is right--the top fits funny. It was too big around the arms and I had to keep hiking it up all night to keep huge portions of my bra from showing. Also, the thin fabric straps meant to hold the dress up on a hanger kept coming out and I needed to tuck them in all night. The foldover part wouldn't stay straight and needed constant adjustment. The dress was pretty but ultimately not worth all the fuss. It was kind of a pain to deal with!

Back up dress to the rescue
I had originally ordered a different dress but didn't like the way it looked, so I called RTR and they overnighted this one!! This dress is plus-size by default, so unlike most other dresses, it's actually true to size. I wear a size 16 jean and the 16W of this dress fit me like a glove. It's a shift but not in a baggy way (I tend to avoid shifts because they make me look 3x bigger than I actually am)--it's comfortably form-fitting. It's a little darker IRL than it is in the model photos. Definitely recommend!

GORGEOUS dress!
This dress is stunning. I wish I owned it. I got compliments all night! I rented the 16P and, because they didn't have the 18 in Petite, got the 20WP as my back up. The 16 was too tight across the bust so I went with the 20WP. It was a little bit roomy in the bust, but it wasn't terribly noticeable. Note for short girls: this dress is extremely long. I am 5' tall and the 16P fell just the floor with 5" heels. The 20P was just a little bit too long even with 5" heels. It was a pain to go up and down stairs all night but that was the only problem. Despite the length the dress is airy and light. Perfect for a summer wedding. Loved this dress and will probably rent it again!!!

Wore this to an office holiday party.
I am typically a 16 but wore an 18 in this dress. I found this to be a bit too boxy for me. I did get compliments on it but it just didn't do it for me! Since I am a bigger gal I prefer for dresses to be a bit more fitted so that I don't look like a cylinder. This is probably a great dress for other folks, and it is pretty, but not my fave.

Perfect fit
Love this dress! I thought that the rave reviews were too good to be true; I am 5'0" and wear a size 16 and I have a hard time finding dresses that fit me well. But this one really did fit like a glove. I wore the 14W. It looked great and the alternative hem on the skirt is super cute. I didn't need spanx but I did wear a bra. The fabric is heavier than average but I didn't find it stifling.
