I met the Mayor with my Miss California sisters. They all loved this classy royal number!
I'm a size 0 but a little taller then average at 5'6" so my arms are long. I felt that this fit a little snug around the arm pits but had a tenancy to slip off my shoulder...go figure. It's still gorgeous and worth the minimal fuss if you want to stand out! The velvet is the best choice for this royal blue. I wore it in the summer for a formal daytime meet and greet...its probably best suited for the evening or cooler weather.
