I rented this dress for an October wedding. The color was beautiful, and it stood out in a sea of black dresses. I tried on my normal size, and it was too tight across the bust, so I sized up. The only problem with the larger size was the extra volume around the hips, making me look a bit larger in that area. I will say, this dress is great when you aren't in the mood to wear spanx! I was totally comfortable and able to dance the night away without feeling restricted. I wouldn't rent it again, but it wasn't a total nightmare.
