It has shoulder pads!
Rented this dress for work (formal work place). What I hadn't noticed on the pictures is that this dress has shoulder pads, which didn't work great on my body. Otherwise, beautiful dress, true to size.

Beautiful, too tight for the body, too loose on the shoulders
Rented this dress for work. Would have been super appropriate for a formal work place excepts the dress runs small for the body of the dress whereas the chest / shoulders area is quite wide.
