The picture on RTR had me concerned this dress may be to flashy for work, but it isn't. Bodice has black lining so I paired the dress with a black blazer. Looked amazing. Fit is so comfortable and flattering.

Felt amazing and confident all day long
The material is so flattering and forgiving. The bottom half of the dress is twice as thick as the top, so no worries about imperfections. Boatcut neckline caused a little consciousness with bra straps, but was not a show stopper. Skirt detail is impressive and unique.

Very cute, received several compliments.
Wore this dress to work, showing a tad more décolletage than I prefer. The fit was a bit snug in the arm/shoulder/back area, but I'm thinking my shape is not the fit model for this designer even though I love the pieces. The flowy overlay with the under slip is exquisite and beautiful.

I wear most of my RTR pieces to work. This dress received numerous compliments throughout the day. It is quite elegant, but not over the top. Definitely one of my favorites.

Such a cute dress, but not for hips.
This dress is adorable. However, the clever pockets and my hips were not a good combination. I thought I was hourglass shape, but perhaps I am more pear. Pear shape might want to size up.

Not for curvy/hourglass figures.
The dress is absolutely lovely. However, it fit tight in the hips and loose in the waist. Material is thin/delicate - undergarments or body imperfections can be detected.
