Button fell off!
Buttons are seen extremely loosely. I put on the top for the first and went downstairs for the day. I needed to grab my two year old and, literally, the act of lightly jogging caused two buttons to swing so hard that they flew across the room. I was only moving fast enough to catch a toddler.
