This dress fits true to size. I am 5'8, 175 lbs, wear a 10. The 10 R was perfect. I wore flat sandals. The back of this dress is gorgeous, low cut, crisscross straps. I did not wear a bra. I used A LOT of double-sided fabric tape to hold down the side boob area - you will definitely need this. I received a ton of compliments on the dress all night!
