I wore this to a NYE James Bond-themed party I learned about somewhat last minute. I didn't have too many options to rent a week before New Years, but this dress had one available in 10L. It was about an inch too long (I'm 5' 7" and wore 3.5" heels), so I temporarily hemmed it up an inch (which was perfect). I usually wear a 6, 8 or 10 depending on the brand, and the 10 fit very comfortably all over (chest, waist, hips, shoulders). The dress was not scratchy on my arms and I could wear a regular bra. The slit in the back just gave it that much more and made it really easy to walk in. I got compliments all night from everyone else there (and there were other sequin dresses) and from friends who saw the photo (it photographs really well). This dress really stood out because of its timeless glamour.

I rented this for a good friend's wedding and received so many compliments with plenty of guests asking where I got this dress. It's a great dress, tons of fun, hits at the perfect length, and has pockets! Not too much to say other than it fits snugly without the capability to stretch, but still didn't suffocate my chest (which often happens) or my arms. I accented with a gold belt, a gold bracelet, and nude heels.

I didn't wear it, as this was my back-up dress and the main dress I rented worked out perfectly. That being said, I would rent this again as my primary rental. It's a very pretty and bright magenta and I did not find the lace to be stiff or itchy (though it may look that way in pictures). It fits comfortably (perhaps a bit loose around the midsection), but this could be fixed with a belt or ribbon around the waist or just wear it as is because who doesn't love some extra capacity for movement and dancing. All in all, very pretty and great dress that could be worn for many different occasions!

This dress is pretty tight with no give. It's beautiful and fun, but be warned to go a size or two up. That being said the ruching is great, the color is great, and the full length zipper is really cute. I wore a blazer over it the entire time because it was a wedding and the dress was almost too tight to remain respectful (by my personal taste), but I still got noticed (in a positive way) by the other attendees. Overall, it is a beautiful dress and great for hourglasses just size up.

This dress is a bright, cherry red that has good structure, strong material, and can cover many problem areas. It fit very securely up top which is my usual concern and the draping feature it has in front can cover up any bit of a pooch one may have. It was kind of tight across the hips, but not to where it deterred me from wearing it. The material is thick and sturdy, but not in an upholstered-like stiff way, but rather in a durable kind of way. I received tons of compliments in this dress and danced the night away in it!

It's a bright fun purple that fits well except I thought the rib cage and chest area was pretty tight. The fabric has no give at all, so I'd suggest you pick your best fit based on your natural waist measurement. The keyhole back is super cute and still allows you to wear a bra. As far as length, it was just atop my knees, and the dress can flare out quite well when you twirl.

I loved this dress! I wore it to a fundraising gala with a Mardi Gras theme and got endless compliments! You will stand out and get noticed by all. The dress fits pretty comfortably especially for a larger bust though I felt it fit a bit small in the arms. The length is good as it was 2-3" above my knees and I'm 5'6". Since it has long sleeves the sequins shouldn't bother you, but I will say if you wear your hair down, it will probably get caught in the dress a couple times during wearing it. Overall, it's a great dress!

Really pretty charcoal grey with unique blue accents. It fit really well though I did wear a Spanx half slip underneath. It was actually really comfortable despite it being a body-hugging dress. The only issue I had was the bra I wore with it kept peeking out the sides of the dress which I didn't notice when I tried it on at home, but I just ran with it (my hair covered it most of the time anyway) and received a ton of compliments on this dress! It is a tad low cut, but that's not too bad with proper posture. Great for an hourglass figure and full bust.

I got this dress as my $25 back-up dress. I'm very glad I ended up wearing this fun dress!! The theme of the wedding I attended was Hippie Fiesta (interesting choice), and I ended up fitting right in to the theme. I could easily dance in this dress. I did not feel uncomfortable or worry about sucking in all evening, and received many compliments on how "fun" the dress looked! I loved the amount of movement in this dress. I paired it with snakeskin heels and some simple gold drop earrings and did a ten-minute updo similar to one I saw on Pinterest which was perfect for the dress! I did have to use fashion tape in strategic areas (chest, leg), but that was not a big deal at all. To that note, it is quite short in front and can be dangerous (flashy) while dancing, so I had taped the bottom layer to the front of my thigh and taped down the chest part for good measure.

I didn't end up wearing this dress; instead I wore my back-up dress I got from RTR. This was my first choice and I got the two sizes (S and M), but I have pretty toned arms and my arms were suffocated by this dress. Don't get me wrong, this dress is beautiful and the open back keeps this formal dress young, sexy, and fun, in a very indirect, tasteful way. I have an athletic-hourglass body, and it fit very well overall (hence the "True to Size" rating) and I would definitely choose a size down as your back up size, but if you work out (esp. your arms), you may have issues when trying to actually use your arms. Happy renting!
