This is a blanket scarf!
I did not realize based on the photo that this scarf is a VERY large blanket type scarf. That ended up working just find for me, but if it isn't for you, note that. It's gorgeous and worked really well with a white loose fitting dress and brown boots.

Amazing! So many compliments.
I wore this dress in a very "dressed down" way - brown tights, burlap-y scarf and brown western style boots for a Saturday all day event. I got SO many compliments. I will definitely rent this again in other colors - it also comes in red and navy. I generally wear a size 16 or 18 in a dress, but got this in a 20 based on some other reviews about the fabric. I'm glad I did. The fabric is a silk type fabric with not a lot of give. So if you size up, it will work really well. it's meant to look a bit loose fitting, I think, so that worked for me.

Comfortable and chic
Great piece. It's short, so you definitely want to either avoid raising your arms above your head or wear leggings. I wore this on a date night with my husband with black leggings and it was perfect. For a Size L, it's VERY roomy, I think. I'm a normal size 16-18, and this fit well. It wasn't "baggy" but for someone who normally wears a Large from DVF, you may want to size down if you really want that loose fit look.

Gorgeous piece!
This piece was so luxurious. It's a one-size fits all piece, and I'm a size 16-18, so it works even for plus sizes. I wore it with a black turtleneck and jeans on a Friday and it was perfect for work. Got lots of compliments.

Great dress for a formal gala!
Rent the Runway's Chicago store saved me! I had rented another dress and when it showed up, it didn't fit. This one was in stock and I was able to switch it out the day of for a very formal nonprofit gala. Beautiful overall!
