yes, the arms and shoulders are supposed to be poofy, that looked pretty good. But the material at the bottom was so massive, it made noticeable bulges in every item I tucked it into. If wearing unticked, note it is extremely blousy around the waist and hip.

It looks fitted in the photos but the waist is loose and the arms and shoulders are tight. This is a very wrinkle prone piece also, and would be tough for travel
