I'm typically a 6/8 and the 10 fit perfectly. The structure of this dress is what makes it so flattering. Flatens the tummy...hides hips. I have broad shoulders and this dress made them look feminine. RTR Georgetown store manager suggested I layer a collared shirt underneath and I'm so glad I did! Thanks Damion!

I wore this pink and green Milly dress for the first day of my sorority's convention. It made a great impression. The fit was a bit off, tight around my hips and loose around my waist (my waist is 28inches) but overall it was appropriate for the occasion. My bra was cut like a triangle so the lace from the side showed in the neckline of the dress so wear a plunging bra with this ladies!

I attended my sorority's Convention, which occurred during the fourth of July holiday. I wanted a dress that was appropriate for business meetings, but festive enough for the holiday. This dress from Milly was perfect! I got lots of compliments on it and bonus I didn't have to pack jewelry since the neckline has embellishment. The dress has a great sheath shape to it making it completely appropriate for a work event and is a good length (I have short legs, but I think the hemline would be appropriate on anyone); perfect for my hourglass figure.

I loved this dress, the full skirt, the surprising open back (which hid my bra with no problem) but this dress is VERY SHORT! Almost inappropriately short. I wore it with flat cowboy boots and that barely helped. I have short legs and I'm only 5feet 5inches and this dress barely covered my assets. Its a lovely dress, but even on a petite frame its short.
