I usually wear a 6 or an 8. The 6 was a little too snug. I thought I could get away with it but it wasn't flattering. The length was good since i am tall and the stretch helped. It is fancy - good for a holiday party. I would order it in an 8 for a future holiday party. It did have a few sequins missing but not too noticeable.
