Dress up or down. Comfortable!
I actually wore this with some black slip on tennis shoes and got lots of compliments. Very comfortable and form fitting but not inappropriate

Runs small but pretty dress
I debated on wearing it to work. It was smaller than I'd like but it gave a pretty sharp and wasn't too short. I ended up deciding against it since it was for work. Rule of thumb- when in doubt, rule it out!

You definitely need a Cami underneath. Whether it's wind or leaning down ...the front of the top is very flowy and open.
