I bought this because I didn't want to have to buy just one fun warm winter jacket. I want options!
CONS - Having only 4 pieces at a time. I need, like, 6. Especially when I'm traveling abroad and don't have access to swap things in and out. The flagship could improve it's everyday wear selection. There are tons of formal dresses and tiny clutches and jewelry, but I'm a mom and CEO of a startup and I live 3 streets away, so I'm always in there either looking to get something slick for a last minute high profile meeting or a backpack to fill with bottles or a gigantic attractive purse to lug my laptop around in or (and this one's the most common) a casual but trendy outfit that makes my 90% female employee base think I'm really cool. PROS - EVERYTHING ELSE. I still can't REALLY believe this exists. I've been telling everyone I can. I think the price-point is a bit of a commitment for most people I know, but I'm all for sharing economy so I'm using this membership as a statement and demonstration of my beliefs basically. I'm actually OBSESSED. I also just found out I'm pregnant with my second child so this couldn't have been a better time. The flagship store with self-scanning and it's location 3 streets from my NY office is what convinced me.
