I loved this dress. I wanted to find something a bit more daring than my usual looks for this particular black tie event - mission accomplished! Haha an appropriate turn of phrase as I felt like a Bond girl ;) I'm 5'9" with a long torso and the deep V was exceptionally low, even on me. But, the heavy crepe fabric did an excellent job of staying in place and keeping me in place, so I was never worried about anything slipping. The fabric also has quite a bit of stretch, which made moving in it rather comfortable. I wore the tall/long size, which could have been an inch or so longer. Part of the appeal of the look is the to-the-floor silhouette which is long, lean and elegant. I felt like I lost just a little of that drama with the dress coming up short. The sleeves were also exceptionally tight. These were my only two grievances, everything else worked alright. Keep in mind with sizing that this is a UK designer, size 10 is actually a size 6 (my typical US size). I read a lot of reviews that people had to size up a few sizes. While I found the dress incredibly snugly fitted, I think what happened in the other cases is that they may have missed the US->UK conversion memo. So, please keep that in mind!

Loved this dress! The material was slightly heavy, but it gave it a very rich feel and was perfect for a late fall wedding. The color is a deep red (not quite burgundy) in person and the texture is gorgeous. I received SO many compliments. I usually wear a 4 and the small fit perfectly. To top it off, the dress has pockets! Haha I love a great formal dress with pockets!

This bag is a good neutral- plain and simple. I don't really love the Saffiano texture though, it just doesn't seem as rich (but that person taste). The bag isn't quite large enough to put files/folders in, and I had hoped to wear it to an interview. It wouldn't have worked for an interview anyway - it arrived with the handles bent over and they made the bag look rather sloppy.
