Gorgeous!
Rented this for my daughter to wear to a formal event. She looked beautiful and got a lot of compliments. The zipper is a little odd - there are two. One zips the under layer and works kind of like a strapless bra and the second zips the whole dress up. She wore it with flats since she was going to be on her feet for several hours.

Very glam!
I rented this for my teen aged daughter to wear to a Cotillion ball. She looked great and felt like a million bucks. She got many compliments and she had no trouble dancing the night away in the dress. She wore the 4 and it fit perfectly with her 2 inch heels.

Lovely dress
Dress arrived less than an hour before the event began. We had scheduled arrival for the day before the event and there was some bad weather which caused a delay in delivery. RTR's offered solution was to drive in weekday DC Metro traffic to their store between work, school, and family commitments to pick out a different dress. Something to keep in mind for rentals in the future. Once we received the dress, it fit wonderfully. It was beautiful and my daughter was complimented all evening. She was really glad it arrived and she got to wear it. Strapless bra is a must and we recommend a bra with a low cut "v" between the cups. The illusion neckline would show a bandeau style strapless. Also, make sure your bra matches your skin tone. The back strap is visible through the illusion. You could also wear a nude-bra if they work for you to avoid the back strap issue.

So many compliments!
I rented this for my daughter to wear to a formal event with a black and white theme. She had a great time and looked great in this dress. She got many, many compliments on this dress. She felt comfortable in it and was able to dance all evening. It fit perfectly. She is 5'4" and wore 2 inch heels and the dress was a perfect length. She wore no jewelry and carried a colorful evening bag as her only accessory. It was a terrific look.

Much different than picture
This dress did not work at all for me. The slit was blow the knee and there were fabric swaths hanging between the waist and the hip. I thought there was ruching, but instead there were these fabric panels draping from side to side that were terribly unflattering. I did not wear this and instead went with something else I had in my closet.

My daughter wore this to a school event and it was just right.
This runs small and you will need to spend a minute smoothing out the bodice of the dress, but it was a great choice for an event at school. My daughter styled it with knee high black boots and black tights. She looked very crisp and professional and she felt great. The material is soft and comfortable so she was fine all night in the dress. She got lots of compliments too!

Rented for my daughter to wear to a special event at our church. It was perfect
Color is beautiful and the detail at the neckline meant we could keep accessories to a minimum. She got many compliments and loved the dress. The dress does wrinkle easily and fabric is very structured. I would not want to wear this outdoors in warm weather.

This is the second time I have used RTR and it worked perfectly.
I rented this for my daughter to wear to a friend's bat mitzvah. Neckline was a little too low for comfort so we bought a very light blue tank to wear underneath it and that worked beautifully. This would not likely be an issue for an adult woman. She got a million compliments and felt great wearing the dress. She danced during the whole party so it was easy to move around in and a good choice for a dressy summer event.
