Cute cut! But short
Loved the fabric and sleeves, it's very flattering. However the dress is definitely short! Even at 5'1" it hit me mid thigh. I wore with tights to a night at the ballet and it was perfect for that, but I wouldn't wear to work.

Hard to zip and the cut of the top is a little more revealing of the shoulders than I expected, but overall a good work dress.
