Wore this lovely gown for a great Gatsby themed prom. Got compliments left and right from people I knew and did not know, constantly told how it was 1920's, classy and romantic this gown was on me. The fit for this gown is what made it amazing and a must have for me. I wore a size 10L (Also tried on the 8L and it fit but it was too tight for my comfort) the dress hugged every curve and the fluffy tulle at the bottom puffed out perfectly like a mermaid styled gown should. Only note I would take is this dresses back is longer than the front so unless you did what i did and wore high heels so the dress would only touch a little in the back I would be very careful at your event as tulle is fragile. the color of The tulle at the bottom of the dress is much more pink and a little darker than in the models photo. You will need some double tap for the dresses back as the thick straps wont fall but will stick out a little in the back when you relax your shoulders. Also the belt was the only 'ok' part of the dress as it is just some cheap ribbon, but it still photographs well.

Wow. This dress was fantastic, felt comfortable, looked stunning in photos and was just overall perfect, Herve leger does not let you down! Being 5'10 and and 36 DD(not exactly the model size) I was worried about the fit and length due to my schools dress code but the dress fit just a couple of inches above the knee. The top part did fit a little low cut so I suggest not wearing a standard bra but trying to find one one of those stick on bras for an extra lift. Overall fit wise the dress was perfect, there was no riding up or anything uncomfortable except due to the fit body hugging I was constantly worried about pulling something but that's not really an issue because of how well made this dress is. Size wise I am size ten and I ordered a large which was perfect fit, so in my case it was pretty true to size. The color of the dress is slightly darker but it still has that bold red which makes it stand out in photos. Lastly in regards to wearing spans you don't need to considering the dress itself is like wearing spanx.

I chose this dress after my original pick was unavailable.The amazing ren the runway team not only let me get another dress but they let me pick out a dress regardless of price. (my original dress was only 125$ which is what I ended up paying for this dress.) I did take a gamble though picking this out because I wasn't able to get a back up size. But happily the dress fit perfectly, only a little snug in the hip area but the extra fabric covers that up, which makes a stunning cape like flow to your hips. Everywhere I went the back of the dress flowed with me. I was very surprised how the color of the dress complimented my very fair skin tone, the dress is more of a peach copper tone in person. Only worry and concern I had about the dress is that the fabric is can be very easy to snag so all night I had to be cautious to not snag the fabric. (I recommend not wearing any jewels with it.) Bust wise the dress is very loose up top and being a 36 DD was surprised how much of the fashion tap I needed to use. I don't however advise sizing down because of the bust only because how snug the hips are. Overall I received allot of compliments of how everyone loved the way the dress fit and looked on me, I was constantly told how I looked old Hollywood and like a goddess.

I never received this dress because it was unable to be delivered in time but I am still righting a entry to talk about how truly supporting and helpful the people of rtr are. They not only called and emailed me right away but allowed me to pick out another dress regardless of price. They ever gave me possible suggestions to substitute the dress and the new dres I received was still brought on time. I hope this is helpful information for you in your future purchase. I wore this dress to a awards show at my school and it was amazing. I am 5'10 and have very long legs and was very surprised how well it. The mid section is a little loose and the hips and bust is tight but its looks amazing. I ordered a size 12 as a back up and it still had the tags on it, but I wore the ten because it was very true to size. The sleeves were not as itchy as I thought and I loved the length. The sequin of the dress was all sewn in and non of them ever fell off the dress. Also I wore a regular bra with the dress and never had any trouble of it being seen, also wore tan spanx. I had the nicest person to help me with my order named Neil who was so helpful with my order sending updates and said to call him straight away if I had any problems. Overall amazing service!
