This dress had beautiful fabric - pretty color and of a nice weight, so the feel was definitely luxurious. I actually ordered it as a back up dress, but when I was disappointed with my main pick my boyfriend thought this dress was the much better option. On its own the dress was a little bit too conservative and plain (e.g. the neckline is nice and high so you're quite covered), but accessorizing with a thin gold belt and dangling gold earrings really jazzed it up.

I ordered this in the 0 and 2. The 0 was the size that fit, but I have to say that the fit was not particularly flattering. I have an hourglass shape, but this flattened my bust, hung loose around my middle, and then fit snug on the hips. The effect made me a walking rectangle (so basically any dress in my closet would have been more flattering). I was also disappointed because both the 0 and 2 arrived very worn. A lot of the beautiful knife pleats had fallen out of the fabric (presumably with all the dry cleaning), the bow was wilted and flat (I kept trying to fluff it up), and the fabric lost a lot of its luster.

This cuff helpfully had a closure that allowed it to snap open and shut, but honestly it was so large on me I could have slid it on and off my arm regardless. Because of the size, it looked silly and huge on my arm, which was disappointing. I did not wear.
