What is this dress
Pictures are deceiving. Absolutely cannot wear the sleeves over your shoulder. The rouched belly part went way below my waist. Would be better as a maternity dress.

I ordered a size small, my usual size, and it fit in the chest (I'm a 32DD) but it's very short in the arms and the skirt! Definitely size up. Had I not worn tights, I would've been really self-conscious !

Perfect, crisp blue
This shirt is a perfect size and definitely true to size! I am a 32DD and have very narrow shoulders, so button downs can be a bit tricky. I ordered the size 6 and there's no gapping in the chest and it's not tight at all. The only thing is that the sleeves are a little too short for my arms!
