What a stunning dress. I wore this to a September wedding and got so many compliments. Before I get to the dress, let me also plug the amazing customer service at RTR. I ordered this dress in a 40 and 42 and, much to my dismay, the 42 was too small! I emailed customer service that night and told them that neither dress had fit and if there were any options for me to exchange a size. The only problem was that I was in NY and I was hopping on a flight to CA the next morning WAY before customer service would be open. When I got off the plane in CA, I had an email back from RTR letting me know that they could overnight me another size or style to the hotel I was staying at in CA. Because the dress was so tight when I tried it on, I ordered a 46 and it arrived the next morning at the hotel (amazing!). The lady that helped me was extremely nice and accommodating; I was really impressed (and grateful). Now, back to the dress. You'll note that in the "size worn" field it says that I wore the 42. Apparently I can't read when I'm super tired and I had originally tried on the 40, thinking it was the 42. The 46 was way too big, but once I realized my mistake and tried on the 42 I was in dress heaven. The entire dress is very fitted, but I actually had plenty of breathing/sitting room in both the bust and the hips (despite having larger hips). The side zipper was a little difficult to navigate with it being so fitted (you might need an extra set of hands), but the overall look was stunning. The orange color is a beautiful shade; I was a little hesitant because I am extremely fair skinned, but it ended up working out great. There is a little bit of a sheen to the dress, so it's a much more vibrant color than how it looks on the website photo.

This dress is so, so beautiful and I received a number of compliments at the wedding welcome dinner I wore it to. The fit is true to size and the bottom of the dress pulls away from the hips, so it was quite comfortable to wear. The sleeves were a little tight, but not so tight that they restricted my movements (I was able to eat, drink and dance the night away!). The picture of the dress on the website looks a little purple to me, but in person the lace is a deep sapphire blue. Definitely a slam dunk.

As many people in the reviews have said, there is a keyhole in the bust. I taped this shut and the dress looked really nice. The back straps, however, were much too long, causing the top to gape and show way too much side boob. If I stood or sat still, the dress looked great. As soon as I moved though, the top refused to cooperate. This dress is definitely one to try, but be sure to have some garment tape on hand.

The dress does pull in quite close in the waist, making the zipper a little difficult to work with (you might need an extra set of hands). Otherwise, fit well throughout and was very comfortable to wear.
