The overall fit and quality was great! I went up a size because it was more comfortable because the dress doesn't have a lot of movement. I am 5'3", 140 pound, 36DD - I wore the 10R and it fit great. I could get the 8R on but it was a little tight.

I am 5'2", 142 lbs and size 36DD. I wore the 8R. It fit well but was a bit big on top so I probably could have gone down one size. I was amazed that you really do not have to wear a bra with this! The back is open so you can't wear a regular bra. The front is sheer so you can't wear a backless bra because you would still see it. But, it was totally fine without one! It was long on me but with 4" heels it was perfect. Would definitely recommend this dress!
