I love this feminine top by PETERSYN! Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size and going up for your back-up. This style is roomy throughout the midsection and loose at the hips. It works for all cup sizes. You are able to wear a standard bra with this top! At 4'9, the length of the top hit right at my hips.
