Top frumpy
This dress had potential but the top part above elastic waist was too frumpy looking. Too much extra material to be flattering.

Cute print and the arm detail is lovely. Shirt is long. Would look best tucked in. A little hard to get wrists in with the buttons clasped but it was worth it
