It super cute I liked the small slit in the skirt and the material is nice. I do not have a small waists but am usually a four if you have more waist definition I think you could size down this verged on too big for me

These were too small on my waist in 4 which is my usual size. They fit everywhere else but Fabric has no stretch. My torso is pretty straight so I don’t have much of a waist, so they would likely fit if you do
