I rented this for a vacation but it ended up being a little more frumpy than I wanted but its cute
The dress fit true to size but the belt was TINY, there were only three holes and it was not fit for a size 4. So I ended up not being able to wear it because the belt is the cutest part of the dress...if anything maybe size up and the belt will as well
