Cute, but overall too large for a petite frame.
Back is open, but easily fixed with a black tank underneath. Overall was just too large for my short/petite frame.

Flattering work pant!
Finding work pants that fit is a challenge for me - usually too large in the waist, fit well in butt/thighs or too tight in the butt/thighs and fit well at the waist. These fit perfectly. For a short petite person, these will be a full-length pant rather than an ankle pant. I ended up purchasing them directly from Ralph Lauren for 60% off retail.
