Not for short waisted woman
The dress is gorgeous... I am to short waisted to wear it... It did not work due to the extra fabric.

I would have worn the Small but my forearms were tight in it.
This dress is amazing! I love it! I wore the Medium due to my forearms were tight in the Small. It was loose on me so I paired it with my thigh high black boots. I am 5'4" and felt more comfortable wearing my yoga shorts underneath. It was a little too short for me without the shorts. Overall, great dress. I would wear it again.
