I rented this for a seaside wedding and it did not disappoint. I probably could have worn an 8 in the waist but the 10R worked just fine. Also I got regular length because I wore flats and it looked like it was floating on the ground. Lots of compliments and very unique.

Didn't end up wearing this because the color/fabric seemed out of season but the fit was true to size. Im 5'7" and the 8R was a perfect length with heels, so this does run long. Would definitely consider this gown for a summer event. Love the color!

Rented this as my backup dress for a gala event. When my first dress was too short I knew this would be a "safe" classic gown to fall back on. I wear a 6-8 in dresses but went with the 8L as I didn't want to be too restricted at the event. Gown fit true to size. I'm 5'7" and it was a perfect length with 4 inch heels. It was very flattering without exposing too much! Also a heavier fabric which was perfect for a March event in New England. Can't go wrong with Monique Lhullier!
