I am normally a size 4 and ordered the 4R. It fit perfectly and had adjustable straps which was nice. The dress can be dressed up or down. I wore it on vacation, but it would be super cute for a wedding

Super cute but was too small on me
I am normally a size 4 but I am 5'7, so sometimes rompers are too short on me. This romper was too short on my, as well as too tight on my butt. So, if rompers are short on your or you have a slightly big butt I would order a size up.
