Not for the hourglass/pear shaped ladies
I'm a true 4, but based on the reviews I rented a 6 knowing that I have wider hips. The top of the dress (shoulders and waist) was large on me (as expected when sizing up). However, the dress was still very snug around the hip.

Wore this dress multiple times, from casual wear to dressing it up. Great fit. I sized down (rented a 2 and normally wear a 4) because other reviews said there was too much fabric; the fit was perfect!

Cute and Comfortable! I typically wear a 4/6 and ordered the 4, the dress fit well except for a small bubble in the back due the the elastic ruching, sizing up might solve that problem.
