Solid addition to the wardrobe!
I rented this just to have a slightly dressier skirt for work, and this was a great option. Great to wear for the fall! Wore it with ankle booties and snugger tops. Received lots of compliments - will likely rent again!

Reviews from folks not liking the dress almost made me not rent it. BUT, something made me think, you probably have the body this dress is meant for. I was RIGHT! If you are a rail, this - unlike most other clothing - is not for you. I am a "small pear," typically 4 in the shoulders/chest, 6 in the waist, 8 in the hips & thighs; dress fit PERFECTLY. Dressed it down with sneaks & a denim jacket for a casual event, & up with heels & wrap for a holiday party. Compliments at both! Will rent again!!

Loved the dress, I'm in between a 4 and 6 and this felt a bit large, but the SR wasn't available, so went with the MR. it worked overall, just was a little baggy/bunched in some place. Received a lot of compliments, will likely try to rent again!

Really beautiful dress; the material is a little heavy, so wouldn't recommend for hot climate/late spring or summer weddings. The dress fit perfectly (I'm approx. 34" bust, 28" waist, and 39" hips); very forgiving in the hip area. If you have a bigger rib cage, I would size up, as this 4 fit me like a glove, but if my ribs were big, I would have needed a 6. You need the stick-on-type bra thing as the v-cut is pretty low. I'm a 34A and definitely had to get the padded stick-on bra, to fill out the dress. I would imagine if you have boobs, they'd look great in this dress. I wore this for a formal wedding, and even though it wasn't floor-length, I didn't feel under-dressed. Really enjoyed renting this--definitely recommend.

Really liked this dress! I wore a size 4 and it was the tiniest bit snug on my around my hips (I'm approx. 34" bust, 28" waist, 39" hips); depending on your proportions you may want to go up a size bigger than normal. You have to wear the stick-on bra-type thing because the keyhole in the back would show a bra strap. And there is a slit in the back, so pay attention to the length of any slips/spanx/etc. The color was beautiful - really the best part. I went to a Hindu wedding ceremony and felt like it belonged with the rich and beautiful sari colors. I didn't dance or move around too much in the dress (because I wore this for the ceremony, not the reception), but if I had, I feel like I would have gotten hot quickly. This dress would probably be great for a holiday party too!

perfect for an outside autumn wedding!
loved the dress! it's pretty flowy, so I think it can make you look a little bigger than you are, but it was super comfortable, perfect for dancing the night away. I paired it with cowboy boots for an outside wedding and got lots of compliments.

Definitely a head-turner
Had to wear a bit of a padded bra to fill out the top; if you are particularly hip-y I would recommend going up one size. 4 fit perfect with the extra shape from the bra. I'll flag that you can't wear spanx with this dress as the slit is too high; so if you are worried or self-conscious about your curves, then definitely order a back-up dress. If you love showing off your curves and getting attention, you'll love this dress!

not the best pic bc we were being silly...but only full-length pic. I'm between a 4 and 6 and the 4 fit great; I have bigger hips and it didn't hang as loose as it does on the model, but I actually thought it gave it more shape. Rented this for a bridesmaids dress in a wedding; we all wore neutral tones and it fit in perfectly. Wasn't too sparkly at all, was just the right amount for an evening wedding. Dress wasn't too heavy or hot, easy to dance in. A great value, felt awesome in the dress.

Dress is subtle, but def an attention getter; got so many compliments! Felt like a million bucks!
The only con is the sequins--they do get scratchy so if you have sensitive skin, just watch how much your arms brush the dress. Other than that, the dress was really, really great. I am 5' 5'', approx. 34" bust, 28" waist, 39" hips, and the 4R fit perfectly (though to be fair, I would not have been able to eat a 5 course meal and still felt great); since it was my first time with this designer was able to get the 6R as a back up, but went with the smaller size. I wore about 4" heels and any taller the dress would have felt too short. The dress hangs really nicely, but doesn't hide curves or hips, so if you don't love your hips, be warned. The dress also moves beautifully, so if you will be dancing or making any sort of "entrance", the movement of the bottom of the dress makes the whole thing come together. Really, just worth every penny. I wore it to an event where lots of people were wearing designer dresses they owned, so it was great to have a dress that was very much on par with the other dresses. Won't disappoint!
