Beautiful, just not for me.
I love the details that Leger goes into. There is even a inside bra that makes you feel totally put together. This dress was brand new, and although it looked okay, I just didn't feel like I could pull it off. This is no fault of RTR...and my husband thought I looked awesome. I just didn't feel comfortable in such a tight dress with the short length and strapless style. Meanwhile if I was ten years younger I'd be all over it. Go for it girls!

This dress was not the original dress I ordered. I made the grave mistake of ordering two Herve strapless-mini-dresses that I after two pregnancies, stretch marks, and veiny legs later I felt less than stellar in. My husband thought they looked great, but I knew I would be feeling awkward all day/night. I chatted with a stylist at Runway and she took care of overnighting me a replacement dress, this one, at no extra cost. That is service and why Runway stands out! This dress was definitely "loved" by a lot of renters, so I expected some wear and there was a bit of strange stain/fabric run? that you could barely see and I ordered down from my usual size and it still fit like a S. I had so many people tell me how great I looked, including all of the bridesmaids at the wedding. They all wanted to know about the dress and one even asked the bride if I was a model.Ha! I had to finally confess that I had rented the dress.

This dress has it all-comfort, quality, beauty. My 1st RTR not to be my last...
I felt like a million bucks in this gorgeous Herve. It was in immaculate/new condition. The quality of the fabric is top-knotch. I was able to go braless and I wore Spanx brand nude hose to keep me warm as the wedding reception was outdoors and it was a cool day. As the oldest sister to the bride, I had a lot of running around and this dress kept me feeling comfortable and gorgeous all day. This dress was not a style I had ever worn before, but I was celebrating a significant weight loss and after reading the reviews here I thought, "why not?" It was my first rental dress and I was definitely impressed. Fabulous!

Husband's eyeballs nearly popped out of his head.
This was my "back up" dress for my step-sister's wedding. It was amazing. All the reviews of Hervé Léger dresses were spot on. This dress made me feel like a million dollars. It was a little too sexy for the wedding, so I decided to wear it out for drinks with my husband. I think we both felt like movie stars. I was hoping to "dress it down" a bit with boots and jacket, however, the quality of the dress is so high you can't skimp with cheap shoes or accessories. Fortunately I had a Chanel punk rock metal black bracelet and some Kate Spade shoes hiding in the back of my closet. After trying this on my daughter said, "Mom, Dad just looked at you like he wants to be your boyfriend." Thanks for the fabulous dress!
