I just gave birth to a baby 3 weeks prior, and, unfortunately for me, I was overly optimistic about my dress size. Pre-baby, I was a size 4. I rented a size 6, and 8, thinking the flowy skirt would give me some leeway. However, the dress is more like a sheath, with a flowy overskirt, so I barely squeezed into the size 8, and it was tight around my midriff, precisely the area I wanted to detract attention from. However, the color was fabulous, and I still loved the dress. Would rent again.

I was 8 months pregnant when I wore this dress! Based on the comments, I went up 3 sizes & it fit nicely. Allowed room for the belly, but the top didn't swim on me. Definitely bump friendly.
