Poofy sleeves like the 1800s.
The poofy sleeves are much more ballooned IRL than on the model and they dwarfed my petite frame. The material is paper-thin and super wrinkly. I wasn't sure what to do with the grommet tassels on the sides. Tie them in bows? They don't add anything to the dress. The sleeves are more than enough detail. Maybe add a belt and hide the side tie thingies. NSFWinter. I thought this could work for the office, but the sleeves are a bit too much. The 1800s-inspired sleeves made me want to add a black velvet choker with a cameo and lace-up boots, like Laura Ingalls. lol. Pros: The color is gorgeous, and it gave me a tiny waistline.

Lovely dress!
I was surprised when the RTR algorithm suggested to order a size 4 because I've been a size 6 in mostly everything else so far, so I ordered the size 6 too just in case (even though I hate doing that because it wastes a rental spot), but RTR was right – The 4 fit perfectly. I bought it. Love the bracelet sleeve, the color, and the knee length. This dress is an office and meeting staple from now on!

Looks light ligt washed denim
On the model, it looks like suit material, but it looks like soft, light denim with a windowpane pattern IRL. I rented the jacket with it, but the two pieces didn't fade the same, so I couldn't wear the suit.

Babydoll nightie not a dress
This dress is awkward. I'm only 5 feet tall, and it was way too short on me and looked more like a babydoll nightgown than an actual dress. Also, the belt in the back was odd and stood up strangely. I feel like the belt should go all the way around or not be there at all. Otherwise, it's an unnecessary detail. I didn't wind up wearing it. This will look cute on a skinny, young girl who isn't afraid to show a lot of leg, but it wasn't right for me.

Not great for pear shape
I should know better than to rent any sheath dresses because they don't work for my body type (pear/hourglass), but this one looked slightly A-line, so I tried it and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, it was too big/loose in the shoulders/top (38B) but snug in the hips (38"). It's a great, professional work dress that can be accessorized with a scarf, belt, or strand(s) of pearls to make it more interesting. I loved the quality of the material, and it even has a bit of stretch, but it clung to my hips and gathered instead of flowing over them in a flattering way. I couldn't size up bc the top was already too big. I highly recommend this dress for a skinny gal who works at a law firm. Also, I'm only 5' tall and it was above my knees so I'd wear it w/ black tights if you're over 5'3.

Not Lapis.
I have small wrists so this bangle was a bit large for me. That didn't bother me too much but what did bother . me is that this bangle is not Lapis or even Lapis resin. It's just a cheap 1980s-looking basic plastic bangle that is Lapis-colored. I wore it with a navy blue dress because I already rented it, but I kept having to turn it around so the opening was on the inside of my wrist because it was too big for me.

Not a good style for curvier gals.
The lining was too tight over my hips and flattened my butt, but the dress fit. The outer dress is looser and more forgiving than the inner lining. If I had a smaller booty it would probably fit better.

Dress doesnt close.
The top is so gaping I even tried it on backwards to see if that would work better. You definitely need a camisole under this dress or a hidden snap to be installed up top.

I got so many compliments on this dress.
Fits fine. Comfortable. Light and airy. Perfect for LA. Wore it to work with gladiator sandals and received so many compliments. The tummy band hides all pouches or flaws. I would probably buy this dress if it goes on sale.

Cute, comfortable, versatile skater dress.
This dress is short but it is really cute! I wore it with Japanese sandals to run errands during the day and with white Louboutins to a party in the evening. I will probably buy this dress from RTR and wear it again with white leggings and ballet flats. You should wear a backless bra with it, unless you want your bra band/hooks to be visible.

Tight in chest
Couldn't tell from the photo but the lace chest is totally see through so this is impossible to wear a bra under - boob tape might work, but even nipple coverups are visible, so if you like lots of cleavage and highbeams, go for it. Otherwise I would try to wear a nude camisole underneath it however I would need to go a size up for that. I am only a 34A and the material is stretchy but it was still snug in the chest.

Perfect for Summer.
This dress is super cute, light and breezy. Perfect for Summer. I wore it with a nude bra and a nude slip underneath, for modesty, because it is unlined and slightly see through in bright sunlight. The base color of the dress is a pale white, not a bluish optic white. I paired it with wine colored ballet flats, to bring out one of the colors in the dress and a Sunflower yellow Jimmy Choo bag.

This dress was so cute and flattering.
This dress came in such good condition that I bought it. Dressed it up with pearls. The fabric is thick and comfortable. Got a lot of compliments. Didnt even realize it was a Hi-Low dress, but that makes it unique.

Finally, the first dress out of 8 that actually fits.
Very low cut, so be prepared to show lots of cleavage or use fashion tape to close up the chest gape. I will have to wear this dress with a camisole underneath it to make it suitable for work, but it's the first dress out of the previous two shipments of 4 dresses that is actually almost true-to-size. I am a regular size 6 but probably could have gotten away with a 4, but I don't mind the breathing room and the dress doesn't look big. It's a busy pattern but a decent Springtime wardrobe filler. Heels or flats work well.

Large and frumpy.
Nice heavy weight fabric for cool spring days. Gorgeous color. Unfortunately, the sleeves were too long, even with the cuffs tucked in. I ordered my usual size 6 and this fit more like a size 10. The drop shoulders were like a slouchy bathrobe. Will try to re-order in a a size 2 or 4.

Only the bottom half of the dress is lined, and the top half is see through, even with a nude t-shirt bra. You have to wear a skip or camisole l under it. I sent it back.
