It's difficult for me to find a long gown that isn't too long for me since I'm 5'2". With heels, this just swept the floor and was perfect! The cut is comfortable and who doesn't love a dress with pockets?!! The color was vibrant and was such a fun attention-grabbing dress while being very simple in design. Would rent again!

the only reason this got 4 stars is because when I ordered it, I compared the measurements to my phone to make sure it would fit. the body of the clutch meets the posted specs, however the metal opening is slightly smaller so it would not allow me to slide my phone in as easily as I would have hoped. iphone 6p users note! I was able to fit my phone in on a diagonal. the body of the clutch itself is flexible and accommodating, so I had no problem fitting all my other items in this clutch.

I wore this dress to a company holiday party with a cocktail attire dress code. It was a perfect choice. The crowd was youthful and fun, so the dress was a great balance: high neckline, 3/4 sleeves, a just low enough back and a short hem. Pros: the fit is true to size with just enough give. The material is not too clingy to make you self conscious. The V in the back is sexy while being high enough that you can wear a regular bra. The sequins are not cheap, tacky costume sequins. The construction of the dress was beautiful. Cons: As others have mentioned, this dress is short. A true mini! I am petite and didn't think it would be too short on me after I read all the reviews, but it definitely fell above mid-thigh. This was ok for my event, but I was a little cautious when I had to walk upstairs! I got a size up as back up but that really didn't buy me anymore length do I stuck with my size. Also as mentioned the sequins from the sleeve would sometimes catch on the bodice sequins. In all, I think this mini dress is well proportioned because of the sleeves and neckline. I paired with Slate & Willow Evening Primrose Necklace, Cara Gold Dress Me Up bracelet, Whiting and Davis Gold Mesh Glam clutch and my platform heels. These were AMAZING, I want to own them. It's difficult to find big gem earrings that are not chandelier style. This was exactly what I was looking for. It had a vintage-y feel and was sized big enough to be a statement piece. As a clip-on, I was pretty worried by the end of a night of dancing I might lose one, but they stayed in place securely and comfortably for me.

A statement necklace not too big to overpower a look, this necklace received a lot of compliments and the gold; nude pink, and emerald went great with the Sachin & Babi Just a Taste dress I wore. I wore it right at the meshline of the dress to hide the raw edge. The necklace is comfortable and fun. The gold links do have a tendency to want to kink when not worn, so just take care to straighten before wearing to make sure the necklace lies flat. A really fun piece I could see being versatile enough for many outfits.

I loved this dress. How the cut drapes just slightly lower in the back with great, flattering pleats, the waist hitting perfectly at your slimmest point, the feel of the fabric - smooth with just enough stretch. The peek-a-boo hem MAKES this. It's a gorgeous green and the feel of the sequins is high quality - not scratchy and uneven. It was definitely a conversation piece and it made me feel like a mermaid! :) As for fit. I am petite and the length of this dress was exactly what I wanted. Short without feeling like you couldn't bend or move without it being too short (probably about mid-thigh). Fit through waist and skirt was comfortable, roomy without being baggy or looking ill-fitting. The top was the only area of improvement - I am smaller chested and the arm holes felt like there was slightly more gaping than I would have wanted. I wore a regular bra with it, which was a nice plus. Finally - the top of the mesh insert is a raw edge, which I was not a big fan of. I accessorized with a necklace that I wore right at the mesh line to hide the raw edge. It worked out perfectly. I had no issue with the sequin piece riding up, as mentioned in other reviews. That might just come down to differing body shapes. Overall, I loved this dress. 4 out of 5 stars only for the fit up top, i don't think sizing down would have worked so it just seems like the top was cut for a bigger chested wearer.
