Cool, cozy, casual
Very warm sweater perfect for weekend errands in February. I'm 5'9 so this was a slightly cropped fit on me.

Slouchy sweater
Comfy, slouchy sweater that can worn as a top over jeans or leggings or worn as a dress with tights. Just be aware that under-arm seam is very low, making it a bit difficult to put a coat on over it. This also causes the hem to rise pretty high whenever you lift your arms -- something to watch out for if you choose to wear this sweater as a dress.

As other reviewers note, this dress runs small. I'm usually a 10 or 12, and the 12 was more snug than I would've liked. That said, the material is stretchy enough and thick enough that it will hug your curves without showing every line of your body.

This is a very structured dress -- a problem if you don't have the body type it was structured for. It does not seem to have been made with curvy women in mind. The top was loose in general, but snug across the chest (and I'm not particularly busty). In addition, the skirt was not made to accommodate a booty (which I do have), so the fabric kept bunching awkwardly around my lower back. I managed to hide this issue with a long cardigan, but would not have worn the dress otherwise. Aside from the fit issues, the print was playful and pretty, the high neck and low hem were perfect for work, and the fabric was a nice thick material. If you have a straight/narrow figure, it should be great.

A lovely dress with a fun print and a voluminous skirt that, at 5'9, hit a few inches above the ankles. I'm usually a 10/12 and probably could've sized down to a 44R, as the top-half of the dress was a bit big on me.

Not impressed.
I was expecting more from a dress that apparently retails for nearly $800. Was not impressed by the look or feel of the silk-lycra fabric and the dress overall seemed poorly constructed. The buttons down the front are false buttons, but are still the only places where the front of the dress is sewn closed, meaning that the two-inch sections between each set of buttons gaped open. I don't have a particularly large bust but still had to use a safety pin to keep the dress closed over my chest. The dress similarly gaped at my hips when walking and sitting. Maybe sizing up would help, but there are so many better dresses on RTR that I would recommend choosing something else.

For a dress that is made to be pulled on and off over your head, the fabric could really be stretchier. That said, the process of yanking it up and down may have been a little easier had it fit better -- I'm a 10/12 with curves and I found the large on the snug side.

Typically I prefer my pencil skirts better lined -- this one was a thin fabric with only a tiny layer of mesh underneath. It worked fine for a day's wear though, and made for playful work attire. Just watch out for panty lines.

This shirt runs super large. While it is supposed to have a boxy, oversized fit, I found it way too big on me in my normal size. It was too bulky to even wear tucked in, so the only way I could style it without looking like I wearing an oversized pajama top was to tie it at the waist. Definitely size down.

Wore them all weekend long
These are definitely the coolest jeans I've ever worn -- and some of the best-fitting. I've got a curvy lower half & finding jeans that fit my thighs, hips, and waist can be difficult, but these felt like they were made for me. I wore them three days in a row and didn't want to give them back!

Essentially a glorified cropped sweatshirt -- but a well-structured, high-quality one that can pass for work attire when paired with high-waisted pants or a skirt. I'm usually between 10 and 12, and I liked the fit of the large: loose, but in a good way. I don't know that the zippers on the sleeves really added anything, but they didn't bother me. In any case, I've already placed an order to rent another version of this top from TIBI -- a bright red one with a v-neck.

Statement pants.
I would've never bought pants this trendy, but I'm glad I rented them: I felt so cool and stylish wearing them for a day. I'm generally a 10 or 12, and the 44s fit me pretty well: a little loose in the waist, but nothing a belt couldn't fix (and these pants look better with a belt anyway!)

Watch out for the slit.
As much as I loved this skirt, it might not have been the best choice for office attire. As other reviewers have noted, this skirt is prone to riding up, and often has to be pulled down. I'm 5'9, and the skirt hit an inch or two above the knee when I was standing up -- the slit flashing a little leg, but nothing too scandalous, especially with tights on underneath. When sitting down, however, the skirt rode up to the point that the slit went well above mid-thigh. Still a great skirt though -- just maybe not for work.

Loved, but didn't wear.
I loved the color and style of this dress, but ultimately returned it without wearing for two reasons: 1) The blazer I would've needed to wear over it was at the dry cleaner's; and 2) It was a little too form-fitting for my tastes. I may try renting this dress again when I've lost 5 pounds and have something other than frumpy cardigans on hand to pair with it. For what it's worth, I'm usually a 10 or 12, and the 12 fit me very snugly.

I wore this dress to work on an unseasonably warm day in February. I loved the bright floral pattern and the surprise polka dot accents were a fun touch. The tie around the neck looked like it had been tied many times before, but otherwise the dress I received (size 10) was in good shape. As other reviewers mention, it is one of those kind of shapeless dresses that just sort of hangs and doesn't really accentuate your figure, but I didn't find it to be unflattering. Though if you are between sizes like me, the fit is loose enough that you'll want to size down.

I loved this bag. The color is a gorgeous vibrant blue, and the size is perfect: small enough to wear to a bar or walk around the city in, but large enough to fit all the essentials. Would've bought it if not for a few signs of wear and tear -- though even those were only noticeable close up.

Weird fit.
As other reviewers have noted, this top has an odd fit to it. I felt like I was constantly having to adjust it. That said, it was a cute top that looked great with leather leggings. Due to the low cut, I wore a pretty lace bralette underneath instead of a regular bra.

These were slightly loose and ill-fitting when I first tried them on -- they were baggy around the knees and I kept having to adjust the waist band. The longer I had them on, though, the more they conformed to my legs. They ended up working great, even if they weren't the perfect leather leggings I was hoping for.

This is a beautiful, well-made silk top that looks and feels much nicer in person than it looks in the photos. The sleeves were a bit short on me so I pushed the elastic up to just below my elbows to make them three-quarter sleeves. I got a 12 because the 10 wasn't available, and it fit great -- loose, but still flattering.

I rented this sweater with the knowledge that the temperature was going to be in the single digits. It's not exactly a statement piece, but it did its job: I was cozy under my coat outside, but not too warm with the heat blasting indoors thanks to the short sleeves. I'm between 10 & 12 in size and I went with a large, which gave me an oversized look without being too sloppy for the office.

Wildly unflattering.
I sized down based on the reviews and my previous experiences with VINCE. ...It was a bad choice. A large might have at least had a nice oversized look. The medium was just fitted where it should've been loose, and loose where it should've been fitted. The pockets made my hips look bigger, and the way the front draped made me look pregnant from the side. Adding a belt did not help, as the dress is not structured to be cinched at the waist. Had to return without wearing.

I was a little wary about wearing a jumpsuit to work, but this one looked totally professional -- especially when dressed up with heels. The back zipper meant it was a bit annoying to go to the bathroom, but aside from that it made for comfortable and stylish officewear. This skirt did not work for me at all. I'm generally a 10 or 12, and the 12 was too tight for me. Too small in the waist, too clingy to my belly. I was also not a huge fan of the faux leather, which felt cheap to me. I probably could've made this skirt work in a pinch by wearing a sweater or an untucked skirt over it, but since I have unlimited I decided to just send it back and get something more flattering.

Effortlessly cool.
Everything about this dress is flattering: the cut, the pattern, the way it drapes. The material is a lovely silk that barely wrinkled even after hours of sitting at a desk. Sizing seems to be pretty flexible, as the only place where the dress is really fitted is at the waistband, which is elastic. I'm usually a 10, and was able to wear an 8.

Coziest I've ever been.
I love this sweater dress. Based on reviews which said the dress ran large, I went with a medium which hung nicely on my frame, fitting loosely without completely hiding my figure. I am 5'9 and it hit at just about the knees, so this dress will probably be calf- or even ankle-length on shorter girls. Great for cold winter days or just freezing offices. My only complaint is that pockets stuck out, as pictured here -- a flaw made worse by their bright red color.

Like most shift dresses, this one fits tightly across the hips, so if you've got curves you'll want to size up. I went with the 12, which fit perfectly across the hips but was loose everywhere else, though not so baggy as to be unflattering. The only thing that disappointed me was the structured sleeves, which fit awkwardly and had a tendency to poof out in weird ways -- though that may have just been because they were too big. Still a serviceable work dress, though maybe not one I would rent again.

A well-structured dress that offers a flattering, fitted look without clinging tightly to your body. I was expecting this dress to be a brighter shade of pink based on the photos, but was happy to discover that it's really more of a jewel tone. Based on other reviews, the deep-V may be a bit much for ladies with more cleavage, but as a small-chested gal it wasn't an issue. I'm usually between 10 and 12 depending on the brand and style, and the 12 fit perfectly.

Not the most flattering
This dress is fitted through the chest and shoulders and nowhere else. That, combined with the volume of the skirt, makes for a silhouette that is not the most flattering for women with broad shoulders (and I expect the same can be said for those with large busts). However, the fabric was a lovely deep shade of red and had a nice subtle sheen to it. It could be cute on someone with a straight and narrow build. One word of warning -- the hem rose dangerously high when I lifted my arms, so it may be safer to wear with tights unless you're planning on keeping your arms at your sides all day.

Contrary to reviews that described this dress as running large, I found that it ran small -- I'm usually between a 10 and 12 in formal gowns and the 12L was difficult to zip up. The sequins were itchy and, in my opinion, did not look as lovely in person as they did in photos and online. I also did not find the fit particularly flattering on my athletic build.
