Love it so much I bought it
I love this coat so much that I ended up purchasing it! It's perfectly oversized and goes with everything. I rented a bunch of similar style coats from RTR and none of them were as perfect as this one. It also isn't itchy, which is a huge plus. I was torn between renting a M or L, but went with the M and was glad I did. I probably could have even gone for a small, but was afraid the sleeves would be too short. If you're between two sizes, I'd recommend going with the smaller one.

Perfect black sweater
This is a thick, warm sweater that is simple but stylish. I wore this with black dress pants and a long grey coat that I also rented from RTR. I got a lot of compliments on this sweater. The sleeves are wide, but they are thick and sturdy enough that they don't fall towards your elbow every time you move your arms. I really loved this sweater and considered buying it, but elected not to because it's pricey for the material used.

Cute but itchy
If you don't wear a shirt with a high neckline, you may find this coat itchy around the neckline. It is really cute and different, but I'm not sure if I would rent again since it was such an itchy material.

Cute dress but runs small
This is a cute dress and I liked that it had a built in bra that was very secure with numerous hook and eye closures, but the dress was REALLY small around the bust. I couldn't even close it, so this went back. I ordered my normal size (size 8) for reference

I loved it but couldn't wear
The color was perfect on this coat and the black buttons were a nice touch. I sized down to a Small because that was all that was available and the coat still fit, but I would go with my normal size Medium next time so it's not too tight around the waist. Unfortunately I didn't get to wear it though, because there was a spot of bright blue paint right on the front of the coat which was really disappointing.

Perfect size for a phone and some other essentials
I rented this for a wedding that I ended up not being able to attend due to being sick. I had planned to wear this clutch with a navy blue dress and it complimented the dress perfectly. I clutch was big enough to hold my iPhone 11, with plenty of room for cards, cash, lip stick, and any other essentials you may need. there is an attached chain to the clutch as well, which I appreciated.

Perfect dress
This dress isn't my normal style, but I saw a makeup influencer rent it and decided to give it a try. I LOVED this dress and was heartbroken that I didn't get to wear it to a wedding because I ended up being sick. You do need someone to help zip you up in it because the zipper is a little difficult to zip over the seam from the tulle to satin portion. The only downside to it was that the stitch that held the top portion of the bow in place had come apart from the top of the dress from a prior renter. I had planned to secure it to the dress with fashion tape. Aside from that, I plan to rent this dress for another wedding in the future.

Nice structured coat
It's a really nice coat, I loved the bright pink color. It is pretty thin and unlined, so it is itchy which is why I gave it 3 stars - for those in the Northeast this is more suitable for an early fall coat rather than later in the season. You also need to wear long sleeves with it since it is so itchy. I wore this for my Christmas photos and really liked it for that.

Love the coat, hated the fit
I sized down for this coat knowing it's an oversized fit, but even sizing down one size I was still swimming in it. I actually had to check the tag to make sure I was sent the right size. It was just really unflattering on me and completely swallowed me. I got this as an everyday coat and for holiday photos, but I didn't wear it at all. The coat is lined so it is not itchy and the color/pattern is even nicer in person.

Extremely cropped
First - I loved the fabric of this sweater. It is the perfect thickness, the color is just as vibrant in person and it is an adorable sweater. But wow, it was really cropped. I looked at the review photos and decided to give it a try - I even sized up to a Medium to be safe, but it was still SO short. I have a short torso, so I can even imagine how short it would be on others with a long torso. I was able to wear this "to" work since I am just on video calls all day, but I'd never wear this out of the house. Even with high-waisted jeans on this shirt barely reached the top of my jeans (with my arms down at my sides). I'm disappointed, I wanted to love this!

Kicking myself I didn't buy it
I love this blazer! It was even deeper shade of a pink in person than I expected. I wore it to work with black pants and a cream colored top a couple times. I received so many compliments and felt great in it. In hindsight, I wish I had purchased it!

Not a good shirt for work
I was surprised when I received this top - it didn't look anything like the pictures. The shirt was extremely low cut and the tie didn't really hide that. This shirt would be fine for a night out, but I rented it to wear to work, which it definitely was not appropriate for. It was a cute top, just not what I expected.

Nope, nope, nope...
I wanted to love this dress and it is beautiful in person, but that's all I really like about it. While it isn't see-through (nice surprise for a white dress), the big issue with this dress is that there is no "slip" underneath which is odd for a wrap dress. As soon as a small breeze came, the dress blew right open. I was so uncomfortable in this dress for that reason. Luckily I happened to have a jumpsuit in my car, which I ended up changing into after about 30 minutes (and one small breeze) of wear. It's also worth noting that there is no hook or snap closure for the chest. It would look fine when I tied the wrap, but 5 minutes later the fabric would sag down a little and show my bra.

Very 80's, but I love it
Rented this for vacation and it's a great windbreaker. As other reviewers have noted, it is not waterproof and therefore not a rain jacket. The only thing I found a little odd about this, is there is a black panel of fabric behind the zipper at the top (it's in the photo, I just didn't realize what it was). The fabric is high up and tends to get caught in the zipper as well. Other than that, I love this jacket and it was a fun rental to have

Perfect bag
I rented this for a wedding and vacation and actually kept it longer than expected to use for a couple more events. It's honestly the perfect bag - tons of card slots, a zippered portion, and multiple "open" portions to throw whatever else you need (phone, lipstick, etc.). It's a small bag but fits a lot and is great dressed up or down. The light pink color is even prettier in person

I love the color, pattern, and shape of this dress. The material is paper thin, which I didn't love. The fabric also gaped open on the sides, exposing a lot of side boob. Between the material being so thin and the fabric gaping open, I definitely would have had a wardrobe malfunction in this dress, as there was no way to even fashion tape it down flat. I don't think I could have gone a size down because the dress would have been too short. I didn't end up wearing it for those reasons.

Didn't love the tie
I really loved the color and the cut of the top portion, along with the pockets. I also really liked the mesh portion at the top. My problem came in with the tie in the front - it just looked odd on. I received a new jumpsuit with tags, but couldn't get the tie to look right. I tried tying it different ways and no matter how I tied it, it just looked wrong. I wish this jumpsuit came without the tie!

I love these pants!
I seriously love these pants so much! They look nice enough for work, but are so comfortable that they feel like I'm wearing pajamas. The only reason they got 4 stars rather than 5 is because the material is rather thin and you can't really tuck a shirt in without seeing the fabric bunched up under the pants. I opted for a blouse that I didn't have to tuck in, but prefer to tuck my work shirts in. The color of these pants is vibrant and perfect for spring or summer. I would definitely rent these again!

It's perfect!
I rented for a bachelorette party weekend and the other girls loved it so much, that another person borrowed it to wear out the second night. This jumpsuit is perfect - just the right amount of cleavage, pockets (!!!), and is super comfortable for dancing, walking around, etc. The only (slightly) annoying thing about it is the zipper kept getting suck around the seam between the top and bottom half. If you go to the bathroom in this, beware you may need a friend to help you zip it up. Other than that, it's perfect

Love this!
I rented this for a bachelorette party and didn't end up wearing it because our plans for the evening changed, but I loved this rental and would definitely rent again. It's true to size, lined (aka not itchy!), and is really comfortable. The sequins didn't seem like they would end up scratching my arms while wearing either, but I can't confirm since I didn't wear this other than for a few minutes around my apartment. I highly recommend this top!

This fit true to size, was great quality (thick fabric without being too heavy), and I loved the color - it's a true vibrant pink like the photo shows. I have a short torso and didn't feel like it was cropped up too far - just a slight crop which is what I was looking for. I ultimately didn't wear it because I decided on another top to bring with me on vacation instead, but I will most likely rent this again in the future.

Didn't love the fit
I ordered this for my friend's bachelorette party and didn't end up wearing it. It's definitely meant to be a boxy/loose fit dress, but it just wasn't right on me because I pretty much got completely lost in it. I loved the back (which is why it's 2 stars instead of 1), but that's all I liked about it. I probably could have sized down, but I still think it would have been too boxy on my figure. For reference, I have an hourglass figure, am 5 ft 6 in, 34c bra size, and about 140 pounds - I ordered my normal size (small).
