Not for short frames
This dress is more fabric than I realized from photos and isn’t a good length if you’re petite. It just made me look shorter because of the cut and the extra fabric on the bottom.

I was swimming in a medium. I think it would be true to size if you have a larger chest, but otherwise I suggest sizing down. It’s a beautiful material and I love the fit otherwise

A lot of fabric
There are parts of this dress that I love, like the color and skirt. The top and shoulders are very strange. It’s a modest look but just seems like a lot of fabric up top to keep it from feeling modern. I wouldn’t rent it again.

Baggy on top, unforgiving waistband
I’m petite with wide hips. I feel like this one is baggier on top than I’d like, but I still like the style. The waistband is slightly tighter than I’d like but it feels secure because of the clips that hold it together. I love the length because of my short frame but could see it being too short for others for work.
