Heavy material and not forgiving in the hips
I ordered this dress based on the good reviews. But, I thought the material was thick and heavier than expected. I also have wide hips and this dress was not forgiving in that area. I ended up wearing my back up dress.

Colorful, fun and flattering!
I loved this dress. It was comfortable and perfect for a school gala themed a Day at the Races. It masked my wide hips pretty well too.
