Dress fit well and was true to size. Material and draping were beautiful. Sequins on shoulder straps definitely dressed up the dress, but overall still a very basic, black dress. Probably best for toned down formal affairs with an older crowd. The shape of the shoulder straps also emphasizes width of your arm, making it look larger.

Would not recommend this dress for women who have large busts relative to their bodies or are curvier than the average woman. I ordered this dress in both size 4 and 6 based on recommendation of the fit stylist and even then I couldn't zip up the dress. Beautiful material, loved the way the skirt falls, but empire waists are always always going to make you look preggers!

Dress is easy to wear and hugs curves in all the right places. Since the material is thicker and tighter, it also stays in place, which is nice. Great especially for those with large busts because the material is stretchy so you know for sure that it will fit and you can pick the dress according to body size.
