Our company holiday party had everyone from all three cities in one place for the night!
I'm usually a medium and size 8 in dresses like this, and the medium fit well when I tried it on at first. But when I zipped the back up, it was pretty tight in the chest/ribcage area. Thankfully it's stretchy so it didn't look bad, but I went with the Large to have more comfort on my top half. Overall the dress was amazing quality (very thick, so good for winter!) and was so flattering on my waist. I would definitely recommend this.
