It is a little lower cut than I would normally wear to work but I am smaller chested so I could get away with it. Would recommend wearing a tank top underneath for most if your workplace is conservative. It would be great for a happy hour or a winter time baby shower!

I loved this dress but could not wear it due to the tightness in the sleeves. I am a size 6 and the rest of the dress fit perfectly but the arms were too tight, I felt like it would have cut off my circulation. I do workout but I don't have particularly large muscles, haha, so I think this dress is just for someone who tends to be a bit slimmer or who doesn't lift weights at all. The dress truly is beautiful and would be perfect for work. I am 5'8 and it hit me right at the bottom of the knee.

This dress is AHH-mazing!! First off, the colors are stunning. I put "true to size" because I'm normally a 6 and I rented the 6 and it fit well. The dress probably technically runs large but I liked the comfortable somewhat loose fit - I think most Lilly dresses run like that. You may want to size down if you can pull off sizes down often. I'm a 6 but some 6's are tight so a 6 that runs "large" is perfect for me. Anyways, I may buy this dress because it's so amazing. I got at least 5 or 6 compliments from total strangers (all women). It stands out. Rent it.

This dress is so pretty! I am usually a 6 and the 6 for well with room for a full meal ;) it was almost knee length and wasn't as tight fitting as expected so I actually ended up wearing it to work with a blazer. The length and fit are definitely office appropriate. I'm 5'8- if you're taller than that it may be short for the office without tights. Overall, I would definitely recommend. It is so comfy and unique. ^* the color is more of a peachy pink than nude. The picture on the model looked more nude colored.

Ran a bit big but that made it so comfortable and great for dancing around at a concert! The quality is unbelievable. I love this jumpsuit! I would buy it if I could afford it. This piece is very forgiving in any self conscious areas and allows for breathing room. I am usually a 6, and the 6 fit very well. It's a little tight in the chest area when you sit down and I'm only a B cup so this may not be the best option if you are larger chested. I would size down if you're a petite lady. Just super cute overall. I'm 5'8 and the length was fine, but if it came in a long size I would've preferred that. Overall, love it. RTR is amazing and the unlimited program is really improving! I have rented from RTR many times and I love their service and everythjng! This was my least favorite dress j have ever rented. The top was off white and also looked dingy (but j think it's just made like that). It wasn't flattering on me at all. I'm athletic shaped, it's probably better for someone with an hourglass figure. This dress is absolutely amazing - I must start by saying that. I have an athletic shaped body and generally wear a size 6. I ordered a 6L and 8L to be safe. I am 5' 8 and so the Long option was perfect with 3 inch heels. Regarding the fit, I feel it is important to emphasize that this dress fit me great but would be even better on someone with more of an hourglass figure. I am sort of square shaped in the midsection but this dress is tight by the waist and wide by the hips. Because of this, it was a bit snug on my waist so I couldnt clasp the clasp above the zipper, which ended up being alright because the zipper is very sturdy and stayed up without ever worrying me. The hips were a little wide on mine, because again, I am more square and athletic shaped. It gave me curves that I never knew I had though. There are "bones" from the tummy up to the chest area which poked me a little but I forgot all about it when I saw how beautiful it looked. I got so many compliment on this and it is extremely classy while still "mature" in the back. I absolutely loved it and it was comfortable! Wore it all night and danced in it and everything. It is definitely a heavy dress so I wouldnt wear it to anything outdoors where it might be warm - make sure its for an indoor event or youll be sweating. Other than that - good luck! Amazing dress, and order a size up to be safe :)
