I have never worn larger than a 10 and the 14 was snug on my hips. Once zipped it fit OK.
The top part was large and frumpy. And I have 34D boobs.

Overall, great quality. I would size up for waist but it may be too long if so. I am 5'4 and it was just an awkward fit.
