Completely See Through
The color is beautiful. However, I put it on and just looked in the mirror baffled…it is completely see through…I did not have time to scramble to solve the issue (get a nude slip..be fine with looking like I had a swim cover-up on at a wedding, etc) so I did not wear.

I really liked this dress. It fit well except I ended up going with a different rental (by the same designer) because it showed too much cleavage for a bridal shower. Will definately rent again.

Felt Great!
I absolutely loved this dress! It was fun to have a "vintage" vibe with the cut and buttons of the dress. I personally felt like it flattered my body and the material was like butter, so comfortable!

Worth the money
I have been renting from RTR for 5 years and this is by far my favorite dress I have ever rented- I am 5'5, 36B, and size 10 in jeans- the 12r fit perfectly- I wore a thin Spanx slip underneath to smooth everything out, because while the fabric was thick and stretchy, the dress still showed panty lines- I felt great in the dress and got compliments all night- if you have been thinking about renting this, do so!!

I wanted to love this...
The cut and fit of the dress were really great. The material is thick and had a little stretch. Definately well made. My only gripe is that the straps that go around your neck are made for a giraffe....I dont think I have an unsually short upper body but I had to use safety pins to get the straps to not sag, which ended up being really incomfortable anyway.

I am a size 8/10 in pants. I wore the size 10 in this dress and felt so sexy! If you are thinking about renting this dress, PLEASE DO! The shape it gives you is so beautiful and the back of the dress is such a nice surprise.

Wanted to love it
I tried this on and LOVED the fabric, felt flattering and was nice and light for an outdoor wedding. On the day of the event, I put on the dress and sat for the first time and my bra showed when I was sitting! From then on, I had to keep pulling up the top (maybe the straps stretched out when I sat?) Overall, I was just uncomfortable.

I loved the scuba material when I first put it on. The cut made me feel great! My ONLY con is that when I got hot/sweaty, the fabric really clung to my body....not good lol but I would definately rent this brand again!

Best material ever!
I rented this dress after the original dress I rented was just too short- I am so happy I rented this dress!! I got a 44 and 46 and wore the smaller size. In the future, I'd like to rent an even smaller size because this dress is made from the most amazing material!! You will feel like a million bucks in this gorgeous gown :)

This dress is incredibly comfortable, it sucks you in like spanx but isnt restricting at all. I wore the medium and it was perfect. The length on my 5'5 athletic frame was sexy enough for me to feel great about my overall look, but classy enough for a wedding. Rent this dress!!!

The size 8 fit perfectly and was a great length for a rehearsal dinner. The deep royal blue was the same as in the pictures and the cut out added something fun to the overall look. I loved that I could wear a regular bra!

I love Elizabeth and James!
I rented this for my 10 year HS Reunion and felt great! I have rented two other Elizabeth and James dresses and have loved every one. That being said, I know they run small so I get one size up. Beautiful dark teal and sexy cut, you cant go wrong, especially if you have a butt ;)
